As a tribute to the late Paul Welsh, the Museum (Dave Armitage) and Hertsmere (Ruth Stratton and Hannah Oliver) have worked with Elstree Screen Heritage (Bob Redman) to create a display of 10 panels in the reception area of #96.
We have chosen a range of photos of Paul to give some idea of the many contributions he made to Elstree & Borehamwood.
The display will remain until the end of 2025 and new photos may be added from time to time. If you have your own favourite photo of Paul, why not send it or bring it to the Museum?
